§ 63. Certain property to be kept in separate piles. Every junk dealer\nshall on purchasing any of the property described in the last section\nplace and keep each separate purchase in a separate and distinct pile,\nbundle or package, in the usual place of business of such junk dealer,\nwithout removing, melting, cutting or destroying any article thereof,\nfor a period of five days immediately succeeding such purchase, on which\npackage, bundle or pile shall be placed and kept by such dealer a tag\nbearing the name and residence of the seller, with the date, hour and\nplace of purchase, and the weight thereof.\n
