§ 389-s. Manufacture and sale of seasonal and decorative lighting\nproducts containing lead.
1.When used in this title, "seasonal and\ndecorative lighting product" shall mean portable, plug-connected,\ntemporary-use lighting products and accessories that have a nominal\n120-volt input voltage rating.\n (a) Lighting products within the scope of this rule are\nfactory-assembled with push-in, midget or miniature screw base lamp\nholders connected in series or parallel, directly across the 120-volt\ninput.\n (b) Such lighting products include, but are not limited to lighted\ndecorative outfits such as wired holiday string lights, pre-lit\nartificial Christmas trees, plants, flowers or wreaths, stockings,\nstars, candles and light sculptures.\n 2.
