§ 389-Q — Penalty
§ 389-q. Penalty. Violation of or noncompliance with the provisions of\nthis article shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less\nthan five hundred dollars nor more than ten thousand dollars or by\nimprisonment for one year or by both.\n
