§ 383. Definitions. For the purposes of this article:\n 1. "Bedding" shall mean any mattress or box spring which can be used\nby any human being for sleeping or reclining purposes;\n 2. "New" shall mean any material or article which has not been\npreviously used for any purpose, including by-products produced in the\nmanufacture of new fabric, and material reclaimed from new fabric;\n 3. "Used" shall mean any components, articles or materials from\nbedding not classified as new.\n
