§ 38. Prohibited sales. No itinerant vendor, except for an authorized\nmanufacturer's representative or authorized distributor, shall offer for\nsale any of the following items:\n 1. Food manufactured and packaged for sale for consumption by a child\nunder the age of two years; or\n 2. Drugs as defined in section three thousand three hundred two of the\npublic health law.\n
