§ 360-d. Certificate of registration. Upon compliance by the applicant\nwith the requirements of this article, the secretary shall cause a\ncertificate of registration to be issued and delivered to the applicant.\nThe certificate of registration shall be issued under the signature of\nthe secretary and the seal of the state, and it shall show the name and\nbusiness address and, if a corporation, the state of incorporation, or\nif a partnership, the state in which the partnership is organized and\nthe names of the general partners, as specified by the secretary, of the\nperson claiming ownership of the mark, the date claimed for the first\nuse of the mark anywhere and the date claimed for the first use of the\nmark in this state, the class of goods or services and a description of\nthe go
