§ 281. Description to be made and published. In case there shall not\nbe any information obtained as to the owner, it shall be the duty of the\nperson having the possession thereof, to make out a correct written\ndescription of all such property as shall have been unclaimed for thirty\ndays, stating the time the same came into his possession, and publish\nsaid description in a newspaper designated by him in his county once a\nweek for three weeks successively.\n
