* § 1524. Rulemaking authority. The attorney general shall promulgate\nsuch rules and regulations as are necessary to effectuate and enforce\nthe provisions of this article.\n * NB Effective on the 180th day after the office of the attorney\ngeneral shall promulgate rules and regulations necessary to effectuate\nthe provisions of this act (see chapter 689 of 2025 § 5)\n
