* § 1505. Rulemaking authority. The attorney general shall promulgate\nsuch rules and regulations as are necessary to effectuate and enforce\nthe provisions of this article.\n * NB Effective on the 180th day after the office of the attorney\ngeneral promulgates rules and regulations necessary (see chapter 120 of\n2024 § 5)\n
