§ 147. Definitions. For the purposes of this article, the following\nterms shall have the following meanings:\n 1. "Domain name" means any alphanumeric designation that is registered\nwith or assigned by any domain name registrar, domain name registry, or\nother domain name registration authority as part of an electronic\naddress on the internet.\n 2. "Internet" means the international computer network of both federal\nand non-federal interoperable packet switched data networks.\n 3. "Traffic in" refers to transactions that include, but are not\nlimited to, sales, purchases, loans, pledges, licenses, exchanges of\ncurrency, or any other transfer for consideration or receipt in exchange\nfor consideration.\n
