  § 1402. Assisted reproduction service providers regulated under this\narticle. The provisions of this article apply to agents, gamete banks,\nfertility clinics, and other entities if:\n  1. The agent, gamete bank, fertility clinic, or other entity does\nbusiness in this state; or\n  2. Any health care services performed, provided or otherwise arranged\nby the entity are performed in this state.\n
