§ 120. Street railroad or omnibus transfer tickets not to be given\naway or sold. No transfer ticket or written or printed instrument\ngiving, or purporting to give, the right of transfer to any person from\na public conveyance operated upon one line or route of a street surface,\nelevated, underground railroad or omnibus line to a public conveyance\nupon another line or route of a street surface, elevated, underground\nrailroad or omnibus line, or from one car or omnibus to another car or\nomnibus upon the same line or route of street surface, elevated,\nunderground railroad or omnibus line shall be issued, sold or given\nexcept to a passenger lawfully entitled thereto. Any person who shall\nissue, sell or give away such a transfer ticket or instrument as\naforesaid to a person not law
