§ 111. Issue of non-negotiable warehouse receipt not so marked. Any\nperson who with intent to defraud issues or aids in issuing a\nnon-negotiable warehouse receipt without the words "not negotiable"\nplaced plainly upon the face thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.\n
