§ 7-a. Relationship with the state department of corrections and\ncommunity supervision. The corporation, upon the issuance by the\ndirector of the budget of a certificate of approval segregating funds to\npay for their corporate services, shall design, construct, reconstruct,\nrehabilitate, improve, and equip facilities for the department of\ncorrections and community supervision or cause facilities to be\ndesigned, constructed, reconstructed, rehabilitated, improved, and\nequipped. The corporation shall also assist and cooperate with and shall\nmake its personnel and services fully available to the commissioner of\ncorrections and community supervision and the department of corrections\nand community supervision in matters relating to their responsibilities\nfor site selection, acquisi
