§ 7. Relationship with the state departments of health and mental\nhygiene.

1.The corporation shall upon request assist and cooperate with\nand make its personnel and services fully available to the commissioner\nof health and the department of health in matters relating to their\nresponsibilities for the approval of construction of hospital and health\nfacilities pursuant to article twenty-eight of the public health law.\nThe corporation shall also consult with the department of health in\nmatters relating to construction standards, including space\nrequirements, site plans, architectural concept, original furnishings,\nequipment, machinery and apparatus needed to furnish and equip such\nfacilities.\n 2.
