§ 215. Continuance in office of non-judicial personnel.

(a)Officers\nand employees of the domestic relations court of the city of New York\nshall, to the extent practicable, be transferred to the family court in\ncounties within the city of New York in accord with article seven-a of\nthe judiciary law. To the extent practicable, those assigned to a\ndivision of the domestic relations court located in a particular county\nshall be assigned to the family court in that county.\n (b) Officers and employees of the children's court in each county\noutside the city of New York shall, to the extent practicable, be\ntransferred to the family court in their respective counties in accord\nwith article seven-a of the judiciary law.\n
