  * § 970. Affect on other laws. Nothing in this article shall affect\nthe police powers, local planning powers, zoning powers or authority to\nregulate any activity by villages, towns or counties within the reserve\nor the police powers of the state to regulate any activity within the\nreserve or affect the authority of any state or public agency in the\nmanagement of any state or public lands within the reserve.\n  * NB There are 2 § 970's\n
