* § 893. Termination of authority. Unless expressly extended by act of\nthe legislature, the authority of the office to provide services under\nthis article shall terminate on December thirty-first, nineteen hundred\nninety-five, provided, however, that any master application still\npending with the office on or before such date shall be processed to\nconclusion in accordance with the provisions of this article.\n * NB Authority of office terminated per § 893 December 31, 1995\n
