* § 891. Advisory council.

1.There shall be an advisory council in\nthe office consisting of the secretary to the governor ex officio and\nsix appointive members. The appointive members shall include one member\neach appointed by the governor on the recommendation of the temporary\npresident of the senate and the speaker of the assembly and four other\nmembers representative of business-related interests in the state\nappointed by the governor. The governor shall designate one of the\nappointive members as chairman and one as vice-chairman of the advisory\ncouncil. The director shall not serve as a member of the advisory\ncouncil but shall serve as secretary to the council.\n 2.
