* § 879. Assistance of other state agencies. To effectuate the\npurposes of this article, the director may request and shall be entitled\nto receive from any state agency, and the same are authorized to\nprovide, such assistance, services, facilities, and data as will enable\nthe office to carry out its functions, powers, and duties, and such\nfunding, including but not limited to charge backs for allocated costs,\nand temporarily assigned personnel as the director of the budget may\napprove.\n * NB Authority of office terminated per § 893 December 31, 1995\n
