§ 846-f. Technical services and assistance to companies. The division\nshall render to companies such technical services and assistance as it\nmay possess or as may be available to it to enable such companies to\ncomply with the intent and provisions of this article. The division is\nauthorized to take all steps necessary to encourage the formation,\norganization and growth of new companies. The division may also,\ncontract with municipal and other public agencies and with private\npersons, firms and corporations for the provision of such technical\nservices and assistance which may include: preparation and submission of\nproposals for entering into contracts with the commissioner by\nqualifying companies; preparation and submission of reports required\nunder such contracts or regulation
