* § 826. Severability. If any clause, sentence, paragraph, section or\npart of this article shall be adjudged by any court of competent\njurisdiction to be invalid, the judgment shall not affect, impair or\ninvalidate the remainder thereof, but shall be confined in its operation\nto the clause, sentence, paragraph, section or part of this article\ndirectly involved in the controversy in which the judgment shall have\nbeen rendered.\n * NB Repealed December 31, 2024\n
