§ 741. Qualifications of members.
1.No member of the board shall be\neligible to serve for more than two successive terms of five years, nor\nfor more than ten successive years.\n 2. No member of the board shall qualify or enter upon the duties of\noffice or remain therein, while he is a trustee, manager, director,\nofficer or member of the governing board of any institution subject to\nthe visitation or inspection of such board.\n
