§ 612. Powers and duties of the advisory council. The advisory council\nshall have the following functions, powers, and duties:\n 1. To assist in the development of certification requirements and\nfees, warranty seal requirements and fees, and warranty standards for\nmanufacturers and installers;\n 2. To assist in the development of training and continuing education\nrequirements;\n 3. To assist in the creation of a consumer awareness pamphlet\ndetailing the certification process and resolution of dispute process.\nThe pamphlet shall also explain the differences between types of houses\n(mobile, modular and manufactured);\n 4.
