§ 512 — Weekly allowances; work experience

§ 512. Weekly allowances; work experience.
1.Every child being cared\nfor in a division facility may receive a weekly allowance approved by\nthe director of the budget, in accordance with regulations of the\ndivision, as compensation for work or services performed in a division\nfacility. Such weekly allowance shall be paid from moneys appropriated\nto the division for maintenance and operation.\n 2. A child who is being cared for in a division facility may, with the\npermission of the facility director, work outside of such facility when\nattendance upon instruction is not required pursuant to the education\nlaw. No such child may be permitted to work unless the conditions of\nwork, including wages, meet the standards therefor prescribed pursuant\nto the labor law. The facility direct
