§ 487. Implementation of services.
1.Services rendered by this office\nshall be made available without charge, provided that nothing contained\nherein shall relieve an applicant of any part of existing fees or\ncharges established for the review and approval of grant applications by\nagencies, individuals or corporations.\n 2. Each state agency involved in the administration of a program grant\nor technical assistance effort designed to address rural development and\nrevitalization needs in rural areas shall designate an officer or\nemployee to act as program liaison officer to cooperate with and assist\nthe office in carrying out the provisions of this article.\n
