§ 485 — Functions, powers and duties of other departments and state agencies
§ 485. Functions, powers and duties of other departments and state\nagencies. Nothing contained in this article shall be deemed to derogate\nor detract in any way from the functions, powers, or duties prescribed\nby law of any other department of the state or to interrupt or preclude\nthe direct relationship of any such department or agency with local\nagencies, individuals or corporations for the carrying out of such\nfunctions, powers or duties.\n
