§ 437. Place of investigations and hearings; witnesses; books and\ndocuments. The commission may conduct investigations and hearings\nwithin or without the state and shall have power to compel the\nattendance of witnesses, the production of books, records, documents and\nother evidence by the issuance of a subpoena signed by a member of the\ncommission.\n
