§ 439-a. Municipality to file copies of local laws and ordinances;\nreports. Each municipality in which the bingo licensing law shall be\nadopted shall file with the commission a copy of each local law or\nordinance enacted pursuant thereto within ten days after the same has\nbeen approved by a majority of the electors voting on a proposition\nsubmitted at a general or special election, or within ten days after the\nsame has been amended or repealed by the common council or other local\nlegislative body, and on or before February first of each year, and at\nany other time or times which the commission may determine, make a\nreport to the commission of the number of licenses issued therein under\nthe bingo licensing law, the names and addresses of the licensees, the\naggregate amount of
