§ 321. Definitions. The following terms as used in this article shall\nhave the following meanings.\n 1. "Board" shall mean the board of directors of the institute.\n 2. "Institute" shall mean the New York state Martin Luther King, Jr.\ninstitute for nonviolence established by section three hundred\ntwenty-two of this article.\n
