§ 328-a. Special administrations. When any licensing examination is\nadministered on a day of religious observance, a special administration\nof such licensing examination or an equivalent examination shall be\noffered to any affected test subject as soon after or before as is\npossible, at a comparable time, place and cost, provided that in no\ncircumstances shall the special administration be more than thirty days\nbefore or after the regular test administration.\n
