§ 220 — Orders, rules or regulations

§ 220. Orders, rules or regulations. The basic system herein provided\nfor shall remain at all times under the control of the superintendent of\nstate police and such control may be exercised by him through any member\nof the state police as he shall designate for such purpose. The\nsuperintendent of state police is hereby authorized to make and issue\nsuch orders, rules or regulations for the use of this system as in his\ndiscretion are necessary for efficient operation.\n
