§ 221-c. Statewide repository of data relating to unlawful\nmethamphetamine laboratories. The division of state police shall\nmaintain a statewide repository of data relating to unlawful\nmethamphetamine laboratories, and develop and implement a program to\nprovide for the collection of data and the reporting thereof by law\nenforcement agencies. Data acquired by law enforcement agencies relating\nto unlawful methamphetamine laboratories shall be sent to the repository\nas soon as reasonably practicable. Data in the repository shall be made\navailable to law enforcement agencies for the purpose of assisting them\nin combating the unlawful manufacture, preparation or production of\nmethamphetamine.\n
