§ 212 — Equipment
§ 212. Equipment. The superintendent is authorized on behalf of the\nstate to purchase, lease or lease-purchase, within the amounts\nappropriated therefor, necessary equipment and supplies, including but\nnot limited to, vehicles and aircraft subject to the approval of the\ndirector of the budget, and uniforms; when any state property shall\nbecome unfit for use it shall be disposed of in accordance with the\nprovisions of the finance law.\n
