§ 214-e. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation training and retraining.
1.For\nthe purposes of this section, "cardiopulmonary resuscitation" shall have\nthe same meaning as provided in subdivision six of section six hundred\ntwenty-one of the general business law.\n 2. Each member of the division of state police shall be:\n (a) trained in cardiopulmonary resuscitation during the training\nprocess to become a trooper;\n (b) retrained in cardiopulmonary resuscitation every two years; and\n (c) required to demonstrate the satisfactory completion of training in\ncardiopulmonary resuscitation.\n
