* § 9-2304. Land to be acquired for inclusion in the forest preserve in\n the Adirondack park.\n As an offset for the use of forest preserve lands for the sports\ncomplex, the state shall acquire no less than two thousand five hundred\nacres of land for inclusion in the forest preserve in the Adirondack\npark, subject to legislative approval. Such approval shall include a\nmetes and bounds description and an accurate survey of the lands\nproposed for inclusion in the forest preserve.\n * NB Effective on the same date as a certain CONCURRENT RESOLUTION OF\nTHE SENATE AND ASSEMBLY (see chapter 488 of 2025 § 2)\n
