§ 9-0509. Lease of land to federal government for use by the federal\n aviation agency.\n 1. Notwithstanding any contrary provision of this article, the\ndepartment is hereby authorized upon such terms and conditions as it may\ndeem appropriate to lease to the federal government, for use by the\nfederal aviation agency, the following described land:\n From the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Monument "SHED"\nlocated at Latitude North 42Á-47'-21", Longitude West 75Á-49'-37"\nproceed S 88Á-15" E a distance of 325 feet to a point on the common\nproperty line between the lands of Howard Williams and the lands of the\nNew York State Department of Environmental Conservation, said point\nbeing the Northeast corner of Lot 12, Proposal B, Reforestation Area 3,\nMadison County a
