§ 9-2303 — Construction, operation, and maintenance of the Mount Van Hoevenberg Olympic Sports Complex

* § 9-2303. Construction, operation, and maintenance of the Mount Van\n Hoevenberg Olympic Sports Complex.\n Not more than three hundred twenty-two and twenty-six hundredths acres\nof forest preserve land at the Mount Van Hoevenberg Olympic Sports\nComplex may be used for the construction, operation, and maintenance of\nNordic skiing and biathlon trails, and appurtenances thereto. Any and\nall development at the sports complex shall conform to guidelines set\nforth in the Adirondack park state land master plan and shall be\nauthorized by a unit management plan, as required by section eight\nhundred sixteen of the executive law.\n * NB Effective on the same date as a certain CONCURRENT RESOLUTION OF\nTHE SENATE AND ASSEMBLY (see chapter 488 of 2025 § 2)\n
