§ 57-0209 — Plan implementation

§ 57-0209. Plan implementation.\n 1. Implementation of the final plan shall be accomplished by a local\nlaw which amends the zoning and other codes of the town to conform to\nthe recommendations of the plan.\n 2. Where the town seeks the benefits from the state of defense,\nattorneys' fees, court costs and state funding as provided by sections\n57-0211 and 57-0213 of this title, the plan and local law shall be\nsubmitted to the commissioner.\n 3. Where the commissioner certifies by resolution that the plan and\nlocal law are in compliance with this title, then the benefits of\nsections 57-0211 and 57-0213 of this title shall accrue to the town.\n 4.
