§ 57-0127. Cooperation of state and municipal agencies.\n The council may request and shall be provided with such cooperation,\nassistance, services and data, from any department, agency, advisory\nboard, task force, commission, bureau or any other agency having\njurisdiction over land or water within the Long Island Pine Barrens\nmaritime reserve, as are necessary to carry out the council's function\npursuant to this title. The council shall coordinate its actions with\nthe region 1 regional advisory committee, established by section 49-0209\nof this chapter. Every state agency is authorized to provide, within\namounts appropriated therefor and subject to the approval of the\ndirector of the budget, such assistance and services as the council may\nrequest.\n
