§ 57-0207. Plan adoption.\n 1. After completion of a draft plan consistent with the requirements\nof section 57-0205 of this title, the town board shall hold a public\nhearing on said draft plan upon not less than ten days notice to the\npublic. Notice shall be provided in the same manner as for the adoption\nof a local law.\n 2. The town board shall receive and review all comments on the draft\nplan before final adoption.\n 3. The town board shall adopt the final plan by resolution.\n
