§ 57-0133. Affect on other laws.\n Except as otherwise provided in the provisions of this title, this\ntitle shall not affect:\n 1. the police powers, local planning powers, zoning powers or\nauthority to regulate land uses by villages and towns within the Long\nIsland Pine Barrens maritime reserve; or\n 2. the police power of the state to regulate any activity carried upon\nany lands, in the Long Island Pine Barrens maritime reserve; or\n 3. the authority of any state or public agency in the management of\nany state or public lands in the Long Island Pine Barrens maritime\nreserve.\n
