§ 57-0131 — Limitations on regulation of hunting, fishing and recreation activities; nonregulation of federal conservation activities
§ 57-0131. Limitations on regulation of hunting, fishing and recreation\n activities; nonregulation of federal conservation\n activities.\n Nothing in this title shall be interpreted to authorize the regulation\nof hunting, shellfishing, fishing, trapping, possession of wildlife or\nother recreational activities in the Long Island Pine Barrens maritime\nreserve, except as otherwise provided by law. This title shall not apply\nto any action undertaken by any federal agency or federal department in\nfulfillment of its obligations or duties pursuant to any federal law,\nfederal regulation, federal agency policy, or federal management\nactivity relating to wildlife, game or nongame species management,\nhabitat protection, or migratory species protection.\n
