§ 56-0611 — Environmental compliance projects

§ 56-0611. Environmental compliance projects.\n Of moneys made available under this title thirty million dollars\n($30,000,000) shall be made available for state assistance payments\nthrough the environmental facilities corporation to villages, towns, and\ncities with a population of less than one million, for small business\nenvironmental compliance assistance projects which enhance the quality\nof the air of the state through compliance with environmental laws and\nregulations, or by remedy or prevention of environmental deficiencies.\n 1. The president of the environmental facilities corporation is\nauthorized to provide state assistance payments to villages, towns, and\ncities with a population of less than one million, for implementation of\nsmall business environmental compliance
