§ 56-0401 — Allocation of moneys

§ 56-0401. Allocation of moneys.\n Of the moneys received by the state from the sale of bonds pursuant to\nthe Clean Water/Clean Air Bond Act of 1996 to be used for solid waste\nprojects, fifty million dollars ($50,000,000) shall be available for\ndisbursements for municipal landfill projects, excluding any landfill\nclosure project in the city of New York; fifty million dollars\n($50,000,000) shall be available for disbursements for municipal\nrecycling projects, of which twenty-five million dollars ($25,000,000)\nshall be available for municipal recycling projects in the city of New\nYork; and seventy-five million dollars ($75,000,000) shall be available\nfor disbursements for the closure of Fresh Kills Landfill in the city of\nNew York.\n
