§ 56-0301 — Allocation of moneys

§ 56-0301. Allocation of moneys.\n Of the moneys received by the state from the sale of bonds pursuant to\nthe Clean Water/Clean Air Bond Act of 1996, five hundred ten million\ndollars ($510,000,000) shall be available for disbursements for state\nassistance payments to municipalities or county soil and water\nconservation districts for water quality improvement projects in\naccordance with section 56-0303 and for dam safety projects pursuant to\nsection 56-0311 of this article. One hundred fifty million dollars\n($150,000,000) shall be available for disbursements for projects\ndeveloped pursuant to section 56-0307, fifty million dollars shall be\navailable for municipal park projects, and historic preservation, and\nheritage area projects developed pursuant to section 56-0309 of this\nar
