§ 56-0601. Allocation of monies.\n Of the monies received by the state from the sale of bonds pursuant to\nthe Clean Water/Clean Air Bond Act of 1996, two hundred thirty million\ndollars ($230,000,000), of which five million dollars ($5,000,000) shall\nbe available for diesel-fueled school bus retrofit equipment projects,\nshall be used to fund air quality projects as set forth in this title.\n
