§ 43-0109. Expenses; employees.\n The commission may appoint employees and agents and fix their\ncompensation within moneys available therefor. Such compensation and the\nother necessary expenses of the commission shall be paid from moneys\nreceived by the commission from appropriations from the state including\nfrom the Lake George park trust fund pursuant to section ninety-seven-h\nof the state finance law or one or more municipalities in the counties\nof Essex, Warren or Washington, or from gifts or contributions, which\nthe commission is hereby authorized to accept. Moneys appropriated for\nuse of the commission by the state shall be paid out of the state\ntreasury on the audit and warrant of the Comptroller on vouchers\ncertified or approved by the chairman of the commission or by a
