§ 37-1007. Electronic display.\n Beginning December first, two thousand twenty-four, no person shall\nsell or offer for sale in the state of New York any electronic display\nthat contains, in the enclosure or stand of such electronic display, any\norganohalogen flame retardant chemical, individually or in combination,\nthat is any of the following:\n (a) At or above levels set by the department in regulation; or\n (b) Intentionally added.\n
