§ 37-0203 — Definitions

§ 37-0203. Definitions.\n For the purposes of this title, the term:\n 1. "Distributor" shall mean any person, firm, association, partnership\nor corporation, who or which imports or causes to be imported into the\nstate, any container, whether filled or unfilled, used to package\nproducts.\n 2. "Manufacturer" shall mean a person, firm, association, partnership\nor corporation, who or which makes containers to be used to package\nproducts.\n 3. "Package" means a container providing a means of marketing,\nprotecting or handling a product and shall include a unit package, an\nintermediate package and a shipping container. "Package" shall also mean\nand include, but not be limited to, such unsealed receptacles as\ncarrying cases, crates, cups, pails, rigid foil and other trays,\nwrappers a
